Muni Shri 108 Pranut Sagar Ji Maharaj, born Apoorv Jain Modi on 26 March 1993, hails from Mahroni, a town in the district of Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh. His parents, Shrimati Kiran Ji Jain and Shri Mahavir Kumar Ji Jain, instilled in him the values of Jainism from an early age. After completing his high school education, Apoorv embarked on a spiritual journey, seeking a higher purpose in life through the path of Jainism.

His journey towards sainthood began with the Bramhacharya Vrat on 19 April 2009 in Karguan, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, under the guidance of Acharya Shri 108 Vishuddha Sagar Ji Maharaj. This marked the commencement of his dedicated spiritual practice and discipline, which set him on the path to becoming a Muni.

On 6 October 2013, Apoorv Jain Modi took the significant step of receiving Muni Diksha in Nagpur, Maharashtra, under the mentorship of Acharya Shri 108 Vishuddha Sagar Maharaji. This transformation marked his ascension into the role of Muni Shri 108 Pranut Sagar Ji Maharaj, dedicating his life to the principles and teachings of Jainism.
