Muni Shri 108 Samarth Sagarji Maharaj

Before initiation, Muni Shri 108 Samarth Sagarji Maharaj was known as Virendra Jain. He was born on 20 June 1985 in Banda, District Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. His father’s name is Shri Uttamchandra Jain and his mother’s name is Shrimati Shashi Baiji Jain. He completed his education up to Higher Secondary. In September 2012, he took the vow of Brahmacharya under the guidance of Acharya Shri 108 Vishuddha Sagarji Maharaj. Later, on 29 August 2015, he received Muni Diksha directly in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, from Acharya Shri 108 Vishuddha Sagarji Maharaj. After initiation, he became known as Muni Shri 108 Samarth Sagarji Maharaj. He is devoted to spiritual practice in the sangh of Acharya Shri Vishuddha Sagarji Maharaj and is especially inclined towards the discipline of silent meditation.
